Dr. Ian Hochman

Dr. Ian Hochman has been freeing people from pain and discomfort since 2003.  In January 2009 he opened Hochman Family Chiropractic in Miramar, FL.  As a Chiropractor with experience, he is committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients. Dr. Hochman was born and raised in North Miami Beach, FL. He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. degree in 1999.

Dr. Hochman graduated Cum Laude and received his doctorate from Logan Chiropractic College in 2003.  While there, he trained in the use of Cox Flexion-Distraction technique which is proven effective for treatment of symptoms commonly associated with low back disc herniation, sciatica, and chronic low back pain.  He is also well trained in various other Chiropractic techniques such as Full-Spine, Gonstead, SOT, Thompson and Upper Cervical Technique.

Dr. Hochman also has over 200 hours of post-graduate work in Extremity manipulation.  He uses a ‘whole person approach’ when taking care of his patients, while also focusing on treating shoulder, knee, elbow, feet and hand pain.  By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing the latest in spinal rehabilitation, Dr. Hochman is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Hochman has successfully treated thousands of patients including NBA, NFL, MLB and college athletes helping them achieve their utmost potential on the playing field.  He has received post-graduate training in Spinal Decompression Therapy and Manipulation Under Anesthesia along with Certification in Florida Workers’ Compensation Health Care.

Dr. Hochman is married and has a two young daughters.  During his free time, he enjoys attending all South Florida sporting events, as well as spending time with his family and friends.  He is a resident of Davie and is always willing to lend a helping hand throughout the community.
